About Nyrano
Nyrano is business software for one trade: locksmiths, and car key specialists above all.
Why Nyrano exists
An automotive locksmith runs a parts business, a service business and an emergency line at the same time, usually from a van, usually alone. The tools on offer were either a notebook and a spreadsheet, or a general field service app made for plumbers that has no idea what a transponder chip is. Nyrano is the tool in between: small enough for one person with a van, and specific enough to know that the car, the key blank and the chip are the records that matter.
What we build
One product: locksmith business software that holds jobs, quotes, customers and their vehicles, key blank and transponder inventory, payments, invoices and finances, with an Android app for field work and an automatic WhatsApp follow-up after each job. We also run a free tool that helps working locksmiths find and report fake listings on Google Maps, because fake listings hurt every honest shop whether or not it uses our software.
Where we are
Nyrano is built and run in Romania, in the European Union, by a sole proprietorship (PFA) registered under Romanian law. The database is hosted in the EU and customer data is handled under GDPR. The legal terms are public: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement and the list of sub-processors.
How the early-access beta works
Nyrano is in early access and free while it is. Shops join through a waitlist and come on in small batches, so every new shop gets a real person helping with setup and data import. Anyone can book a live demo without being on the waitlist. Paid plans will follow the beta, and the prices are not published yet.
How we write this site
Everything on this site is written for working locksmiths, and we hold it to a few rules:
- We say what the product does not do. The product pages list the limits next to the features, so nobody finds out after signing up.
- We name other tools fairly. When we compare Nyrano with other software, we describe what those tools are good at, take their prices and features from their own public pages, and date what we quote.
- We date and correct. Every page and post shows when it was last updated. If you spot a mistake, write to us and we will fix it and note the change.
- Advice first. Blog posts are meant to be useful to a locksmith who never becomes a customer.
