Delete your Nyrano account
You can delete your account yourself, in the app or on the web. It takes a minute.
How do I delete my account?
- On the phone. Tap More, then Settings. Scroll to the end and tap Delete account.
- On the web. Sign in, open Profile, then Account Information, then Delete account.
- Cannot sign in? Write to contact@nyrano.com from your login email. We delete it for you.
What is deleted?
- Your login and your personal details.
- Every shop you own alone, with its customers, cars, jobs, quotes, sales and stock.
What is kept?
- Invoices Nyrano sent you: 10 years, as the tax law asks.
- In a shop you worked for, the jobs stay with that shop.
When is it deleted?
Deletion happens 30 days after you ask. Sign in before then to keep your account.
